Welcome to Kimberly DiVico Consulting. I partner with spa and wellness brands from early concept and pre opening through active operations and long term growth. My work includes pre opening planning, organizational design, menu and pricing strategy, hiring and training frameworks, SOP development, soft opening support, and ongoing operational and leadership advisory.
